Prior to founding ESG, Steve was the founder and CEO of Invincible Technologies Corp., a manufacturer of fault-tolerant NAS systems. Prior to founding ITC, Steve held management positions at Clearpoint Research, where he started and ran a storage peripherals business unit for several years. Prior to Clearpoint, Steve began his career at EMC in 1986.

Steve graduated from Babson College, Wellesley, MA with a BA/BS. He lives in Franklin, MA with his wife Jessica, kids Kaitlyn, Jason, Michael and Lily, as well as their dog Abby and cat Floyd.
